We are fully invested in positive outcomes, acknowledging not only how we can influence an organization’s future success but also how our influence can affect an individual’s professional trajectory.

Deep Commitment to Our Clients’ Missions

Our professional objectives are to find the absolute best talent for organizations

Leadership transition is an inflection point in an organization’s evolution. It can be a time for thoughtful, strategic organizational introspection. To this end, we see ourselves as a trusted adviser, offering objective, professional, high-value counsel. We work in strategic partnership with our clients, establishing a heightened level of mindshare about the organization and its culture, changes and challenges, to form the right questions and identify the critical success factors and key metrics. We create a finely honed lens through which to view candidates; this lens reflects the acuity of our understanding of the client’s needs and the candidates’ skill sets and experience as well as motivations, aspirations, and values.

We take our work seriously, however, we try not to take ourselves too seriously! We bring a sense of humor and humanity to work as we engage in this always critical, and sometimes difficult, work together. We promise to make the work together enjoyable and fun!

Our objective is to find exceptional executive talent who can “move the needle” on an organization’s performance. We consider our partnership with the Client to be successful when our Placement has the leadership skills and abilities to enhance the Client’s mission and services to the benefit of its constituents.
